Unfortunately, we get a number of no-shows. Not only is this an inconvenience for us, it is also a shame that other customers who want these appointment slots could not take them.
As a result, we reserve the right to ask to secure your appointment with a credit card. Appointments can be canceled or changed at any time up 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, you may be charged 50% of the service price. Cancellations on the same day of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full appointment price. We won’t charge your card unless one of these situations happen; otherwise, you can pay for your service later with whatever payment method you choose.
